Our edge is concentrated in short-horizon reactive windows and low-liquidity tails — NOT in headline elections or high-volume mainline markets, where Polymarket has been measured as the least accurate of major platforms in peer-reviewed studies. Past realized arbitrage is not a forward projection.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, under AAA Commercial Rules.
